Great big friendly sprawling place. If you go to Guam you have to go here once. Interesting. Decent food. Fun place. Just go and hang. Meet the boss.

If your looking for great food at a great value, Jeff's is not for you. But you don't come to Jeff's for those things, you come for the atmosphere and in my opinion, atmosphere alone makes this place worth it.

This is a nice tourist spot, but not something I would go to often. The food is ok, but the service is not that great. I just left there and they were not that busy but I had to wait for ever. I finally asked the server to just change mine to go. When my food finally came out it was wrong so I had to send it back. Considering the time it took to cook it originally and the time it took to correct the sandwich I suspect they just changed out the bread. It is a good thing I have no food allergies.

All in all I will probably go back, just not very often.

Carefee beach restaurant/bar on the beach with a spectacular view! The hamburger's great and the fish keleguan is excellent! The fiesta plate combo has different items from time to time, but when it has the ribs and chicken it's the best thing on the menu!
Jeff's Pirates Cove is a piece of history and a must go! Be sure to stop into the Seaside Museum (free but donations accepted!)
Remember they close around 6 PM, so go early!
