“Guam's pride of freedom monument”
Review of Latte of Freedom

Built on a spectacular location overlooking the ocean. The view across to two lovers point is great but the outlook from this monument is well worth the visit. You can take the lift up for walk about 3 small flights of steps and adjoins the Hall of Governors. A must see on your next visit.

This scenic view is located behind the Governor's office and gives a spectacular view of the western side of the island. It is steeped in history and definitely a must see when you are on the island. I always bring visiting business colleagues and personal friends when on island.

Build by donations of pennies from Guam's children. Symbolizes Guam as a free nation. Great view of Piti Bay and Tumon Bay while up inside Latte Stone. Open Monday-Friday. Hours are not always the same. Mostly 8am-4pm. Cost $3.00 in 2011.

It's a nice place, but there is nothing else to do there and it's far away from the City Center. If you have nothing to do, you can go down to Fish Eye and then Latte of Freedom on the way back to Tumon
