This course is under repair and there are a few that had alternative tee placement as a result. Overall, the course was in poor condition. But beautiful weather and beautiful surroundings made for a pleasant front nine. The back nine experience was quite different. A Sixsome, something I have never seen, was playing and at least three other smaller groups, including ours, waited behind them at each hole. There was no offer by the Sixsome to let anyone play through. At the 17 th hole a ranger came by, but since it was so close to the end, it made no sense to do anything at that point. I am not sure, but observing some social interaction back near the clubhouse made me speculate that these 6 were perhaps regulars at the course. The ranger did say that sixsomes ARE allowed at this course but that this particular sixsome did not start out as a sixsome. Will never go back to this course.
