We went here so my daughter could swim with the dolphins for her birthday. That was a great experience but beware that they require a paid adult for anyone under 12 so their $185 swim is actually $370. From what I saw, there is no reason the adult can't just be in the pool nearby and not have to pay.

The real issue is their horrible guest experience viewpoint- or lack of guest experience. They only have one main concession stand with burgers, sandwiches etc. The line was out the pavilion. They had two cashiers who kept leaving the register to fill drinks, gather food, etc. so the lines never moved. We waiting over 20 minutes in line and never moved an inch. So we ran up to the little ice creak/snack counter instead just to feed the kids before their swimming adventures. The lady at the snack counter was just plain rude. She was annoyed that she had to help me. They were out of popcorn and the soda was flat with very little ice. We were running out of time so we just grabbed them and bags of chips to eat something.

When we got back from the swimming adventures, it was 3:30 pm. The main concession stand was now closed and the park is open until 5:00 pm. Apparently they had made enough money for the day. There was no way I was going to give the rude lady at the snack counter another penny.

Then we waited over one hour for the photos from the dolphin swim to make it up to the booth to see if we wanted to buy any. And this was only after repeated queries by me as to why our photos were not up yet the group in the pool with us had their photos for over 30 minutes.

The overall rating would be lower, but my daughter had a blast with the dolphin so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Beautful views. Fun shows and awesome experience swimming with the dolphins! They even have a "whalphin"!! They just opened an all natural Popcorn Cart called Doc Popcorn! It is delicious and great for taking on the bus for a snack while touring the beautiful island!

We booked a dolphin swim adventure. The staff and trainers were great. Loved being in the water with the dolphins and actually getting to touch them and be pulled along by them. One in a lifetime experience.

We had a week in Hawaii and thought we should either visit the Sealife park or go to the Honolulu zoo with our 7 years old. We chose the Sealife park at the end. We took the public bus and it's a very long trip. The bus was packed as a lot of young people catches the bus to the beach at the North. One way bus trip took us approx. 1.5 hours.

Look for the vouchers in the tourist brochures. They offer $29.99 per ticket with free turtle feeding. You can get the vegetable from the shop and feed the turtles for free. There weren't many shows on and the park is very small. Nevertheless, we had a good time walking around the place. Feeding the birds were fun. We stayed at the park for approx 2.5 hours. Took the bus back to Waikiki at around 2pm and it was a nightmare. The bus stopped at every single stop and all the school kids were finishing school. Some of them were really rude on the bus and start swearing. It was not a pleasant experience. Maybe try and avoid the after school times if you are travelling back by public bus.

Overall this park is ok but maybe only go there if you run out of things to do as it's quite far away from Waikiki.

We went to this park to swim with dolphins. We chose Dolphin encounter package which is priced $104.99 but with the $30 off coupon that we picked up from Waikiki seven eleven we ended up paying $74.99 per person which was an amazing price. We made reservation the day before with no problem. The dolphin encounter is 45 minutes which was enough. There were 10 people in our group. Everything was very organized. The Dolphins were great and the trainer spent equal amount of time with everyone in the group. We all got kisses from the dolphin. She also gave us a lot of information about the dolphins and their history. They have showers and and changing rooms. After that we watched a fantastic dolphin show. They have colorful birds, huge turtles, penguins, sea lions and a play ground. We picked up a quick sandwich from their cafe which was ok. Overall, it was a fun day and a fantastic experience and a great value.
