Scooners is located just past the enterance to the Pear Harbor Memorial and is a Navy MWR facility. It is open to the public and overlooks the marina. The restaurant is on the second floor and has approximately 30 tables. The open-air atmosphere is very casual and is just what most seek right after a visit to the memorial. The menu is nothing fancy and offers mostly burgers and sandwiches with a few more complex local food plates (think pork rice bowls and sole). This establishment is kid friendly and flip flops and tank tops are completely acceptable. Bottom line- no frills, but a relaxing experience.

We used Schooners to have our dinner reception in April 2013. This place really worked hard to have us here. The cost was way under what we had budgeted for too. The service was excellent and the food was ready and hot when we walked in. Everyone had a great time and the views were amazing.

We were starving after our day at Pearl Harbor, having arrived at 6:20 am to obtain tickets and missing breakfast at the hotel. Lunch here hit the spot. It's salad, burgers, chicken fingers for the kids, etc....that sort of place. Cobb salad was great, ordered mine with Mahi Mahi which was awesome. Service was good, open air, water views, and we got a nice look at the harbor, on the other side of the bridge. Nice place to sit and discuss with the kids what we had seen that day.

This is a nice, casual restaurant very close to the Pearl Harbor Museum. The view of the harbor is relaxing, and awesome. The food is good, but the view is spectacular.

Came in for dinner. Had to wait 20 minutes for a server to come to the table to take drink orders, then wait another 20 minutes for a beer and glass of wine. Placed our order when the drinks came, Caesar salad and an enchilada came an HOUR after being ordered. I had to ask the server after 30 minutes what happened to our order. Granted they were busy with a party upstairs, but it was a bit ridiculous. In the end they comped our meal... quite a surprise, but not really what I was expecting or seeking. Food was nothing special. The view at the restaurant is nice though. Unfortunately after this experience we won't be return customers. Sorry!
