I was quite surprised when we first got to the warehouse. They really create a fun and comfortable environment for Tweens. Comfy seating lounge area for parents who just want to watch. And the kids loved every minute of it. It was a clean warehouse and the staff was friendly and helpful.

What a great addition to the entertainment arena. The location is perfect and the cost is very affordable. Military and kaimaaina rates. Poppa Johns pizza is on sight. This place is #1 on our family fun places to spend time.

Recent play-date for my child and friends. (My kids have done Rebounderz in Florida and loved it.) First time here at iTrampoline and the group jumped for 2 hours straight! Had I known, I would've just proceeded to purchase the 2-hour wristbands. I had to enforce mandatory water breaks because they would not come off the trampolines on their own due to having so much fun. They would've jumped longer if given the chance!

The place is brand spanking new and clean. The layout is well thought out. The staff is knowledgeable, extremely friendly and very helpful. You do not have to pay for admission unless you are physically jumping on the trampolines. There are observation areas, benches, and tables to rest while the kids (or adults) have fun. Popular music playing.
Drinks and food are available for purchase. Bathrooms on the premises.
They hold Birthday Party there too with its own corralled area.

The Big Dodgeball Pit
The 3-laner Foam Pit
Free Jump massive trampoline
The Slam Dunk Basketball area

All are monitored and controlled by their great referee staff. The kids would've stayed in the Dodgeball Pit forever, but I made them try out the other fun areas too.

-Bring socks that have a non-slip bottom or use old sports/soccer socks and hot glue gun dots/stripes to the bottom for traction. They also have socks available for purchase.
-Make sure you submit the Online Waiver ahead of time
-Wear comfortable clothes (tee or tank that fits and sports shorts) because you will be jumping like a mad person and sweating. It is an open warehouse with gigantic industrial strength fans everywhere. No A/C. Jeans, long pants and baggy or skimpy clothes not recommended as you will be bouncing and falling out all over the place.
-Long hair should be tied up to prevent getting stepped on or tangled on someone.

We had the Ka'maina/Military rate, but they were running the April Specials for Youth = $12.95 for 1 hour;$8.95 for additional hour. Wristbands are issued so they can monitor how long you have been jumping.

-Go early so not as crowded. This hidden gem is waiting to be discovered.
-Do your online waiver for yourself and inform the others in your group to do it in advance = huge timesaver!
-If doing a playdate group, bring a regular plastic shopping bag around so you can carry all their on-site purchased drinks around or have rubberbands with their names on it so they know whose drink is whose. Or have a Sharpie to write on the cap. *No need to clutter walkways with multiple bottles everywhere.
-Checkout YouTube videos on what others have been able to do on trampoline arenas http://youtu.be/Y6m5YnRmWO4
-Online reservations are a nice touch.
-If driving during rush hour (3pm-6pm) to its Leeward location in Kapolei, Mapquest/Google map/Waze, etc it in advance and tack on anywhere from 30-60 mins (from where you are driving) if handling online reservations. They were able to work with our time since it took us 30 extra minutes from Moanalua Center to get there during the beginning of rush hour (3pm timeframe)

-Annual Pass or Monthly pass option
-For when the place becomes too popular or crowded at high peak hours, have a system in place to pull people off the trampolines on time so the waitlist people can immediately start jumping. A number/name announcement board or having color coded banded people only enter at certain times to better manage session times?
-More identification/tag/sticker or marking to show who belongs to which group or party for security and safety reasons.
-Maybe eventually have a bounce house obstacle course for the little kids.
-Slingshot ride or bungy ride.
-Sell t-shirts so customers can have souvenir
-Have jumping competitions or contests
-Promote to the schools and the military bases/newspapers too

Great place for kids/parents/adults to have loads of fun! Kudos to the staff for being military friendly too!! Just think how much fun it would be on a rainy day :) BTW, THE PLAYDATE KIDDOS LOVED THIS PLACE AND HAD A BLAST!!! Thank you iTrampoline :)

Itrampoline is so much fun! Lot's of families bouncing around having a blast. Facility is brand new, spotlessly clean and fun for both adults and kids. They have free wifi and lots of comfortable seats to watch the bouncing action.
They have trampoline basketball and dodge ball. And a huge foam pit to jump around in.
I was impressed with how important safety is for them.
I can't wait to go back!!
