There's only 6 or 7 selections, and there is no menu for the children. We were able to order children's food from the Makahiki restaurant, but overall the food was average.

you can take and go or sit on the patio and enjoy the sites and sounds of aulani. pastry, fruit, cereals, milk, coffee, instant oatmeals. great if you're in a hurry but you really shouldn't be in a hurry on vacation. :)

Quiet on a Friday night. Guess all the parents are in the rooms with kids.Outside sitting enjoyed the live Hawaiian music.

Fun bar and lounge (indoor/outdoor) where you can sip a cocktail, enjoy a bar menu (the cheese plate was very good), and learn a little Hawaiian!

Ok, so here are the facts. We flew out to Oahu a day early specifically so we could hear Ben & Maila perform at Olelo on my birthday. They perform at Olelo most Thursdays offering a wonderful selection of easy listening including requests from guests. We have heard them at Olelo 5 times in the almost two years that Aulani has been open. By the way, Aulani is a terrific family resort. Other entertainment is there on other days. The food is good especially the sliders, nachos and garlic fries. The wine selection is adequate. The servers are very friendly but the service itself can be a bit slow when they get busy. But here is the main point ... Olelo is a wonderful outside setting providing a great way to relax at the end of a fun day at Aulani. If you only have time to go to Olelo once, then go on Thursday to hear Ben and Maila. They are well recognized across Hawaii, are very talented and are wonderful people. Don't miss out
