We went to Longboards on our first day at Marriott Ko' Olina... lovely outdoor space, and surprisingly, the pricing on the menu was more reasonable than expected.

Burgers were aboutn $15-$17 depending on what you got, but it included fries... Chicken Macadamia Crusted dish was around $23, but it included 2 sides... the seafood linguine/pasta dish was about $25 and was delicious as well... there were actual pieces of seafood in there, so I felt it was not badly priced... for a restaurant in the hotel.

Fish was overcooked. Prices were too high for the quality of the food. I had eaten at the Longboard's on Maui and that was far superior.

This is not your typical beachside restaurant. The food and drinks here are OUTSTANDING! After eating there the first night, we never bothered to leave the property for dinner because it was so good. The succeeding nights did not disappoint. A couple dishes I would recommend are the snapper topped with crabmeat (which was out of this world good) and the blackened ono, which was the fish of the day. And, if you have room for desert, you MUST have the banana-pineapple bread pudding. It's smack yo mama good! To top it off, the sunset views are incredible.

Best place for sunset views plus a happy hour from 3-6. Food is so-so...prices aren't bad for the upscale neighborhood, and music/entertainment is from 6-9 on the outside patio. Usually good acoustic with plenty of Hawaiian favorites mixed in to the easy listening. I live in Ko Olina, and have been to Longboards multiple times.

Kolohe translated from Hawaiian means "rascal". Yes....it's true, those rascals behind the bar live up to their reputation! I mean this in the nicest way, of course. Like most visitors, you have to sip a mai tai while in the islands. Try a blended mai tai , or two, for a unforgettable drink experience. They go down way too easy! The food is average here, but it's the only game in town at the Marriott Ko Olina resort. Can't beat the views of the lagoons and ocean beyond the reef....
