We stumbled upon Kin Wah on Easter Sunday and we're so glad we did! We had rented a Jeep on Oahu and had the roof off when the sky opened up. We went into this restaurant wet and cold. The service was fantastic. When I told our server I wanted a nice soup, she referred me to the Wunton portion of the menu. We all got soup, and in addition, we ordered a few dishes to share. These were not portions we get in New England, and certainly far more tasty! I haven't been to China yet, but this was the best Chinese food we've ever had. We warmed up quickly with our soup, and filled up quickly with the enormous "side" dishes. If you are looking for an upscale establishment, this isn't it, but it will be some of the best food you'll have on the island. This was our first time we had Chinese on Easter, but they had tray, after tray, after tray of food that locals were picking up. Obviously, a local favorite! I'll also add, that for all we had, plus a few drinks, our meal was $57.00. That was our ONLY $57.00 in Hawaii. Do visit. You'll be happy you did.
