We stopped by here on the way to Koaloa Ranch and we loved it. You get to sample all of the macadamia nuts before purchase. They also had free coffee and many other items on sale. It was raining so we didn't go on the farm tour,

Friends recommended going for this tour and we all had a very fun time! This is something everyone should do when on Oahu, for sure!

Stopped on a whim and was pleasantly suprised. They have a brief tour and boat ride, taking you out to see a movie spot, take pictures and give a fire demonstration as well as coconut husking. The shop is lots of little nooks, with interesting things all over. They offer coffee and samples of the different macadamia nuts. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Try the cinnamon roasted mac nuts... they are awesome!

My husband and I visited the macadamia nut farm in 2009, 2010 and again in December 2012 and keep falling in love with this little place over again. They offer all kinds of macadamia nuts to sample, Kona coffee, local jewelry and gifts. Out back a couple little shops and best of all, the tour. If you are lucky enough to be there when they offer the tour, it is a must! Very inexpensive and from the time you board until you leave, you will laugh. The guides are ridiculously funny! They are also very knowledgeable. You will see the most beautiful backdrops to some of your favorite movies while learning how to make coconut milk and fire. This is not you stuffy, look this way, look that way tour, it is a treat! Make sure to crack a few raw macadamias out back.

This is a great place to shop for Hawaiian treats & gifts to take home. If you are taking a sight-seeing drive around the perimeter of Oahu, by all means stop here! I can't say it is worth it to drive here just to see this "farm" though, because it is not a real working farm, from what I could see, anyway. (Just a large shop, with tasting samples & a nice bathroom.)

They have a $20 tour which reminds you that "you get what you pay for". If you've never seen or can't afford the Polynesian Cultural Center, then it may be worth it to go on this tour. There is a short fire dance. I wanted to see a Mac. nut farm & learn about how they grow, etc., but there was nothing of the sort here.
