One of the best military lodges I've been in over 30 years. Facilities are top notch, including outdoor bbqs . rooms are impeccable.............hot breakfast everyday and for the 3 days we were there the menu was different. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly......oh yea, free bicycle rentals.

I went to visit my boyfriend that is stationed on base. I didn't expect the room to be as good or better than the local hotels, but my expectations were definitely topped by this place. I asked to stay in the renovated rooms. They have a very spacious closet, chest of drawers, small full- sized fridge, microwave, and sink-- all for the price of a regular room. Plus a nice, hot complimentary breakfast. I loved the staff. They were very nice and full of "aloha" treatment.

Room Tip: Ask for renovated rooms, if available. Don't forget you get complimentary breakfast.

We stayed on-base all three of our visits to Oahu. Once at the Lodge, once at their cabins on the ocean and once at the Cabana's. The staff was wonderful and gave us lots of information. Being at the Lodge was nice the first time because we were closer to our son, but we had a wonderful time at the cabins and cabana's because of their proximity to the ocean and having your own beach front! It's a beautiful part of the Island with lots to see and do. I would recommend this to anyone!

My cousin lives on Kaneohe Marine Base and our family decided to visit him and his wife for Christmas and New Years in '09. Kaneohe Lodge is the only place to stay on the Southern windward side of the island other than the cottages also on base. The rooms at the lodge are quite spacious and include a kitchen, table and large bathroom. Many marines use these rooms as temporary housing so you can imagine the space the rooms have for them to live here for months at a time. The landscaping is nice and the grass is very, very green and always well kept. The location is perfect since it is right at the main entrance and you can walk to various places and sights. They provide a continental breakfast and juices that are typical of a Hawaiian hotel. It was the perfect hotel for our stay.

One story complex of rooms located a few hundred yards inside main gate. The Inn is part of the Inns of The Corps and is on a very nice base. Reservations can be made on-line or by phone. Rooms were clean and lots of space for one person. All rooms open direct to outside which is convenient to dumping the water from the dehumidifier every 8 hours. It helps keep the cooler temperature but collects a lot of water in 8 hours. Internet in the room. Small kitchen area with microwave and frig, sink. Movie DVDs for rent. There are limited hotels on the windward side of the island near the base so stay on-base to avoid driving from Honolulu. Laundry room centrally located, but don’t recall if free or not.
