This was the most glorious beach we went to in the entirety of the north shore. The reason we loved it so much was firstly the sand, it was the smoothest softest sand, the water was crystal clear and when we went in snorkelling, we were not expecting amazing coral caves and fish. I have to admit there wasn't as much fish I would have hoped but the snorkelling views were breath taking and the currents here are not as aggressive as some of the other beaches so excellent place to go into the water.
This was one of the best beaches we enjoyed including waimea, sharks cove and three tables.
Laying on this beach was devine and the views are amazing. Absolutely underrated for snorkelling, swimming and kayaking in. Next time I will be spending more of my vacation time on this beach.
Parking was a pain but that is because the beach is next to a residential location so we had to wait for a spot but it was worth it.
I would definitely recommend taking tatami or beach towels, parasol for shade and drinks because there is not much cover/ shade if you have little ones.
