We sat at the bar for dinner and our waiter, Waimea, was so friendly and warm, it made us feel like we were dining in someone else's home. The atmosphere is relaxing, especially during breezy Hawaiian nights. The menu has a variety of things that can accommodate to anyone's taste. The food and portions are good here. We shared an appetizer and still had half our entree to take home. I had a seafood pasta dish, the shrimp and scallops were very fresh. Very short ride from Turtle Bay resort, they have a caddy take you but you could easily walk it.
They do not skimp on the alcohol in the mai tais!

This is a great place to sit and relax and have a drink, make great Mai Tais here! You can relax after playing 9 or 18 holes or just come if you are not golfing to relax. The staff here is great so friendly. The Bartenders are great and so nice and fun. It's a small place and we enjoy sitting at the bar out side to watch the golfers. Great small plates and salads, nice place to watch the sunset over the golf course.

Everyone raves about this place as being one of the best restaurants on the island. I went and thought the food was pretty good but a little too basic. I like fresher fruit and vegetable dishes, and this place offered things like steaks, mashed potatoes, chicken...it just didn't have as much of an island feel as Ola's does next door. BUT, Lei Leis is highly regarded in the North Shore community so I say it's definitely worth a try!

Lei Lei's was but a small grill, when we first visited TBR. It is in the golf shop, and provided some light breakfast items, then lunch for golfers. I cannot recall when it expanded, but it's now easily the #2 restaurant at TBR.

We most often dine on their patio, and in time to catch a bit of sunset over the golf course. The service has always been very good to excellent. There is a casual atmosphere of fun, and the servers fall right into line with that. While very efficient, one will likely not take much notice, due to the wonderful casual attitude.

The wine list is smallish, but designed to pair with most of the dishes quite well. One does not need a 200 page wine list, if the offerings work with the cuisine.

I do not know how they manage it, but their Calamari Steak app is one of the all time best that we have found. I have doubled that as a main course too - just perfect. I can only give it about a 98, as Kenny Sonoda has slightly better crust, but not better Calamari.

We almost always do an Ahi dish, and did so this trip, with both a Seared, and then a Poke. Though I am not the ultimate Poke fan, this one fell just behind Alan Wong's. That is not shabby.

After Pa`akai, Lei Lei's is the best food on the property.

Busy eatery overlooking golf course at Turtle Bay Resort. Ate here twice (caesars chicken salad and chicken tenders) - service and food was variable. Disappointing.
