Stayed 9 nights at Turtle Bay and we tried all the onsite restaurants at least once. Lei Lei's was OK, but nothing special given the price paid (about a $100 for dinner for two).

We went for dinner one night with a reservation and had no problems with the initial service. Seated quickly and received drinks shortly after. Our server seemed to forget to bring bread to all her tables while others received. No biggie, but a bit annoying.

It was an interesting vibe in the restaurant. There are lots of golfers having after golf drinks around the bar area having a good time. Then you have people seated very closely at tables for a nice dinner. It was probably the loudest non-casual dining experience I have had. They also have a tented area with dining tables. I'm a golfer and again not a big deal, but the overall vibe just felt a bit strange with the mix between casual after golf loud drinking area and nice sit down dinner space all together.

I read a previous review of Lei Lei's and the poster commented, "Lei Lei's, the 80's called and they want their menu back". When our meals arrived I had to laugh as that comment immediately came to mind. The meals were huge. I had a steak and the wife had the ahi tuna and both were monstrous - ha!. Wife enjoyed hers while my steak was significantly overcooked. Ordered medium and it was far beyond well done. Was hungry and just ate it and it did have good flavour.

Overall, we felt it was a decent enough place to include in the dinner rotation, but had no desire to go back for a repeat during our trip.

We went here twice - great ribs and prime rib. Definitely worth a visit or two thought it was best place to eat at the resort hands down. Very fast service and quality food.

This is on the golf course and it's a nice evening walk from Turtle Bay. It's a nice alternative to the hotel places. The food was pretty good and the atmosphere was nice.
