Tita's Grill is a restaurant in Kahuku that all the locals enjoy. Our first time there, a local described each dish in detail and enthusiasm. The owners were friendly and gave us free slices of freshly baked Hawaiian bread to eat while we waited for our garlic shrimp lunch plate to be prepared. The garlic shrimp plate was perfectly cooked and flavored with rice and a salad. The deluxe hamburger was large and grilled to perfection. The bun was on homemade Hawaiian bread with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. There is an enclosed dining area away from the traffic noise and wind that was clean and quiet.
