If you're expecting a 5-star restaurant then keep on driving. If you desire a place with character, fresh food, nice views, Hawaiian charm of a roadside stop with quirky decorations and sea-shell wind chimes, then this is a good place to stop. It is not directly on the road, it is way up the hill with a great view and ocean breeze...so the traffic noise is a non issue. You park in the lot and hike up the stairs. They had plenty of outdoor seating under the lanai cover, or inside if you want that. I thought it was decorated very cool, and really liked the wine rack in the main dining room. The food server Natasha was very cool, full of Aloha, Mahalo, you name it. All smiles, and helpful tips when ordering. A person in my group was undecided on what to order and Natasha stopped by our table with other orders for patrons of the restaurant so we could see the food coming out of the kitchen. I got the grilled fish sandwich with fries and it was awesome. Prices are not low, averaging about $15 per meal plus drinks, but a good place to stop and grab a bite or just a drink if you want to stretch your legs. I hope my review helped.

Our meal was very good. Steamed clams the best! However, the service was terrible. Very slow, not enough servers for a busy Sunday afternoon. The bartender was the waitress too. Ridiculous.

The Mai Tai's here are Something worth traveling for from Honolulu.....the North Shore and the Polynesian Cultural center are sites to be enjoyed along the way!!! There is some great Seafood awaiting your palate....and those island drinks are there just waiting for you!!! Better known amongst the locals.....worth a stop whenever you find yourself in the area!!!

Stopped for lunch. Poor menu selection. Menu way over priced and food was awful. Kids didn't even touch theirs. Sams Club food at Ritz prices. I would ggo back for a few beers but that is about it.
