Spent 5 days in the beachfront Lilikoi bungalow. The beach was great, almost private. Great for swimming when the waves aren't too big. Great overall location, fantastic views. We watched humpback whales going by from our porch. An overall great value. If you stay here, try to stay in a beachfront bungalow, well worth it.

The manager, Greg, was very nice and helpful. There was no formal check in. He just pointed out our room. I would suggest that if you stay here take the time to ask him everything that is available. They have beach chairs, boogie boards, floats, etc. We didn't know about all of these until we stumbled upon them.

There is no air conditioning, but it was very comfortable with the windows open (not sure how it would be in summer). There are also many ceiling fans.

My two teens and I spent four days at Ke Iki in a garden unit. While our unit was great, we were so jealous of the oceanside units and will book to stay in those next time! We loved being far from the city and truly enjoyed the laid-back life on this side of the island. I read how helpful Greg was. We didn't quite have that experience. We never saw him our entire time there, nor were we told anything about bicycles being available. Our unit was wonderful with one exception -- the lack of light bulbs! I asked several people for light bulbs but never did get any. We were down to one working light in the downstairs portion. This might be a common thing though -- the second place we stayed also had a problem with missing lightbulbs! I almost went to WalMart to buy some. Even with the light bulb issue, we'd stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone. Or maybe we shouldn't so no one else finds out about this truly wonderful place!

We spent 11 days at Kei Ki Beach Bungalows, and highly recommend this property for ease of use, great beach, excellent value for the money. Best to book the beach front units, Bird of Paradise and Gardenia in particular. Manager very helpful, rooms very clean, washer/driver handy, ease of parking, nice gardens. They could provide better kitchen supplies, but adequate.

You can't beat the location. The scenery is breathtakingly gorgeous, since there were really no waves when we were there it was deserted and it felt like almost a private beach! The owner is as chill as they come, and loaned us snorkel gear to go around the point to Shark's Cove (awesome, but not recommended when there are big waves!). There is no A/C, which may or may not be a problem for you, just FYI. We really fell in love with the north shore... it is sooo sooo chill! The Ke Iki cottages are super cute!

Our family of 4 stayed in the Lilikoi suite for 5 wonderful nights. The suite was very clean, nicely decorated, and in the perfect location. The beach is beautiful, and the North Shore area is the best place on Oahu. The manager Greg was wonderful. He checked every day to see if we needed anything and was a fountain of knowledge for the area. He even went to great lengths to get information for our son (Travis) who was very interested in the Eddie Aikau Memorial surf competition that was almost held while we were there. Thanks Greg for keeping such a great place and taking good care of us. We WILL be back!

Watching the waves and hearing them at night made this trip so special. We ate our meals on the lanai while we watched waves.
The hammocks were so nice - large, sturdy.
Afterwards, we discovered that bicycles are available - a nice perk.
Close to other beaches, Polynesian Culture Center (30 min.), Dole Pineapple Plantation, the town of Haleiwa - good restaurants, shops.
Shark's Cove, nearby, is a good snorkeling area for shallow water snorkeling.
FoodLand is just down the street, so groceries are easily accessible.
Fresh, wonderful shrimp can be found going north about 6 miles: Fumi's truck and eating areas near the shrimp ponds offer shrimp and prawn plates. A one pound plate ($16) was enough for 3 of us for lunch (8 shrimp each; 2 scoops rice).

The beach is perfect & the location is perfect. I stayed in the Plumeria bungalow. It was a little warm inside, but I purchased a 15.00 fan that I used the entire trip and it made it much more comfortable. I would suggest getting one of the beach front rooms, which I will do for my next visit.
The supply of beach chairs & body boards was very much appreciated.
I think it is a beautiful property, exactly what I was looking for. I personally don't like the big hotel atmosphere. If you are looking for valet parking, room service, etc...this isn't the place for you, but if you have more of an independent spirit, I think you will love it.
