Kool place for a foreign tourist - We drove there on a weekday for Breakfast on the way to North Shore.
It's also close to the Stadium markets.
Prices are good and the place is so Americana.

On the west end of Pearlridge Shopping Center in Aiea (Pearl City), this is a great place to stop on the way around the Oahu island or after a visit to Pearl Harbor.
Breakfast is the greatest with a big selection, good portion, clean, wait staff are kind and efficient and food are affordable. Atmosphere is more like a diner but comfortable.
Lunch menu is also extensive. Lots of great sandwiches.
Location is terrific whether you are there for a short stop to go around the island, or to go to Pearl Harbor, or to west side to Waianae.
There is another fancier restaurant below Anna Miller which is Ok but I will skip it if you are more interested in tourism.

Just moved to the island. This is like a Hawaiian Village Inn. Great prices for here and good portions. Breakfast 24 hours and a military discount offered. Kid menu less than $5. Will be back for pie soon.

Home-cooked, diner style meal that smacks of comfort food - what's not to love? Servings are generous in portion, pie choices are amazing and plentiful, service is very friendly. Food is yummy, too! The only feedback I have is that the place is ridiculously busy on the weekends, and the staff has a hard time keeping the bathrooms clean. But they acted quickly upon being notified that the bathroom needed attention. It's a local favorite, and I can see why! We've been there several times, and we'll be back.

We went to Anna Miller's for breakfast after a kind person directed us to the restaurant. I loved the Banana macadamia pancakes and my husband thought the Fried rice omelette was tasty, maybe a tad heavy on the rice. We liked the homey atmosphere, and the glass of fresh magnolia blossoms I encountered in the restroom was a lovely touch. When we rejoined the rest of our group at lunchtime, we suggested Anna Miller's because we were still close by. We had a short wait by that time on Sunday, hardly mentionable. There were a variety of things ordered from the menu, but everyone seemed to enjoy their choice. My grilled chicken sandwich was quite good. Our only negative mention was a server on our lunch visit with a bit of an attitude. We had questions about the pies and in our opinion there were too many rules. The pie was around $4 per slice, and it occurred to us that we had the right number of people to just order one whole pie. After a bit of discussion, we all settled on the chocolate pie, but the server informed us that if we ate the pie there, we would still be charged $4 per slice. Since we were going to be out and about all day, it was pretty inconvenient to carry a pie around with us until we returned to Honolulu. My husband and I finally ordered one slice to go, but it had lost something later that evening at our hotel. We thought they lacked a little in hospitality to visitors from Texas.
