Living on the East coast, this was a completely new concept for me, but FUN! There are pictures on the walls to help you figure out what everything is and the plates are color-coded for pricing. Not everything looked the freshest (sometimes you don't know how long something has been going around), but for the most part it was very good and an inexpensive way to try something you may never have tried. There is also a menu for "special orders" which we also did. Overall we loved this concept and would definitely go back.

You don't just happen to walk by this place, you have to seek it out! Perfect for lunch after visiting Pearl Harbor visit. Sent dad next door to the sub sandwich place since he is not into sushi. Mom and I were seated immediately in front of a conveyor-belt of beautifully prepared plates of sushi, sashimi, salads and more. Attentive wait staff made sure to have water and hot tea available and replenished throughout meal. As you see something you like, you pull it off the conveyor and eat! At the end, the waitress tallies up your total by the color of the plates you pulled (3 red, 5 wood, 2 blue, etc.) Each plate color is a set price. Ex. wood plate is $1.45. Inexpensive and frequented by locals so you know it has got to be good! Not a fancy place, but food is A+++!

Conveyer belt style, awesome sushi, great selection, inexpensive. Only drawback is its popularity makes it hard to get a seat sometimes during peak times, but it really is a lot of fun and great value.

Kids loved the sushi moving around and getting to pick.
Right price for families on a budget.. Very sweet server. No alcohol, can bring your own....shop a couple of doors down. Filthy Booths, cracked vinyl seats...always makes me wonder ....Very popular so I suppose they do not see the need to clean the booths and replace the fabric
Pay by the stack of plates and the colour. Fast service...line out the door
Close to the airport.

We went around 5:00 during weekday, but we had to wait about 30 min to get a seat. Conveyor belt sushi is fun, you can see before you decide what you want to eat. I went with my husband and 2 kids (13 and 11), and ate until so full but still $80+. All the sushi was fresh and nice. Around the time we left there (6:30 or so) there were so many people waiting inside and outside of restaurant. Go early or expect to wait long!!
