“Pearlridge Mall is where we go”
Review of Pearlridge Center

Living on the outskirts of Honolulu, we don't relish driving into the "traffic jam" of the freeway system, to get to Ala Moana Shopping Mall. Most of the stores that we visit are also here in the Pearlridge Mall, and parking is definitely easier to find. The displays that they come up with in the center of the uptown mall is quite entertaining. There are 2 large food courts (Uptown and Downtown sections), as well as small shops scattered around the mall. Macy's has it's own Gazebo restaurant (3rd floor) that has a nice view of Pearl Harbor, and the meals are reasonably priced. We don't feel as crowded as when we visit Ala Moana.

Great place to shop, eat, walk around, watch a movie. Less people to fight and easier to find parking than the biggest mall on Oahu (Ala moana in Honolulu, town side). Checkout the middle stage for weekend and or holiday enterainment. Don't for get to try the monorail between mall sides.

Pearlridge is centralized from Honolulu to the West side! They have a number of good stores to shop at and restaurants to enjoy a quick meal. Air conditioned mall so comfortable for mall walking.

Pearlridge is a mall so the shopping is good. There are uniquely Hawaiian stores which offer local jewelery, clothing, and crafts. The anchor stores are Sears and Macy's, my favorite store, even though it ate Liberty House, a truly Hawaiian department store but the exhibits the mall has monthly are fantastic. There are butterflies right now but there have also need prehistoric animals, dinosaurs, and many other very interesting, educational exhibits. The exhibits are worth the trip to Pearlridge alone.

The tram is also an entertaining unique attraction. The mall is in two locations and the tram connects the two. My daughter absolutely loved it when she was little and we ride it now for the nostalgia of it.

The movie theaters at the mall are also good but be sure to bring a jacket because they LOVE their air conditioning.

I live across the street from pearl ridge shopping center......I've live here for over 6 years. I love having it so close....everything is at my hands beckoning. When it's raining, you can go for the whole day, underneath cover and never get wet. The skycab is great when you want to go from one side of the mall to the other if you don't want to walk. Everything the mall has is what I need.
