Description: Molokai is a uniquely wonderful Hawaiian island and Paddlers Restaurant is a part of that beauty. A favorite local hangout and a favorite of those visiting the island. The food is absolutely great, there is a full bar including specialty drinks, a large selection of beer and various wines. Live entertainment is provided with no cover charge most nights. There service is outstanding and every effort is made to make sure our guests are happy and satisfied.

We went here because it was near our condo and since it was late, there was not much choice. The only other place open was Molokai Pizza. They had a singer with ukulele and bongo back up, which kept us entertained, one day. Their ahi sandwich was very good though. The ahi fillet was thick and cooked right. There really are very few restaurants here, so this one is worth coming back.

Funky bar and outside tables in an enclosed area; pool tables inside; good bands; very friendly and efficient wait staff; fish sandwich with BBQ sauce was great! Ribs were good; Try the mac/potato salad and the fresh salads. Follow the "highway" and you will see it on your right hand side as you head East.

We ate here for lunch one day and then we were going to have Dinner at Hotel Molokai for the Friday Night entertainment, but when we asked the lady at the front desk what time we could eat, she told us to come back at 6pm..... it was about 3:50pm. We thought the festivities started at 4pm.
So we went to Paddlers Inn for dinner instead since we were hungry now and were not going to wait 2 more hours to eat and found out from people there that Hotel Molokai's thing did start at 4pm and they didn't know why the women at the front desk sent us away? O well. Their loss.
Paddlers Inn has indoor and outdoor covered seating as well as seating at the bar. Alot of locals seem to go here. All of them are friendly. You can bring your family here also. Not a fancy huge menu but had good food. Tried the ribs, pulled pork sandwich and mahi fingers. We loved it all. Not bad prices at all on drinks. Less then we were expecting. They had pool tables and TV's. They also have their own nightly entertainment with theme's.
The bar tender Mike was awesome. He had an intoxicating laugh because it was so heartfelt when he did it.
We got to meet the man who makes the coconuts in the pots that you see at Paddlers Inn that are growing into plants. He was a funny guy.
Also met the lady that runs the gift shop at Hotel Molokai. She was very nice and full of smiles.
I would recommend this place to anybody. Great vibe. You will have fun and you will enjoy your food without going broke.

I ordered the Mahi Mahi which was cooked nicely, but the vegetables on the side tasted like they came straight from the microwave and then sat around awhile. They clump of rice on the side was sticky and dry. Limited choices in Molokai though.
