We stopped here one evening for dinner after a visit to Iao Valley. We read about it in Frommers Guide to Hawaii with Kids. It's in a business district, a bit hard to find, no views but well worth it. I hate to call them cheap, but our family of four ordered: 2 fish entrees, 2 kids meals, drinks, 1 beer, and 2 desserts for $60 (not including tip). On Maui...this is awesome! Oh yeah, and the food is great too!

A great spot for lunch, the service was prompt and friendly. I had the Fish Tacos, my wife had the Thai Chicken Wrap and they we're both very tasty. The servings were adaquate to large and the prices were reasonable for quality food. We're here 2 more weeks so we'll be back for sure.

Found this restaurant searching the Internet for new places to try. Went down for lunch and it was fabulous. Small place, about 6-7 tables. Nothing fancy, you'll miss it if you drive too fast. Small sign outside maybe 2 ft by 1 ft is all that tells you you're here.

Very assorted menu, most lunch items around $8-10. Desserts about $5-6. Dinners ran about $16-20. Service was good and the food was fabulous. I had the baked opakapaka and my wife had a cajun chicken sandwich. Both came with 2 plentiful sides. We were stuffed after this great meal, which was more like dinner.

For dessert, they had lilikoi (passion fruit) macaroon tart. Oh well, there goes the waistline....it was "to die for". Almost bought a second one to take back to the condo. For $5.50 it was a steal. Add the unending fresh lemonade and how could you go wrong? We'll be hitting here once more before our 10 days on Maui is up. This is already one of our favorite places on the island!

We ate here last night. We ordered the Crab Cakes and Veggie Quesadillas for appies. They were excellent, served hot and made to order. For Dinner we had the Baked Opakapaka w/ Lobster passion fruit sauce ($18.50) and Tofu Napoleon with ginger pesto * ($15.50). The fish was very fresh and the sauce brought out the fresh taste of the fish. The Tofu was plated like a dish at the Culinary Institute of America's Escoffier Restaurant and tasted as good as it looked. the ginger pesto was a delightful use of local flavor in a classical sauce, served over brown rice it was a veggie dish that wasn't in need of a meat to complete. We skipped dessert because we were so full. We will go back and not order appetisers, so we can order a dessert.
