found a coupon 10 % off in internet, printed to pdf, but they would not honor it because it was not printed on paper even though I showed it on computer screen, so 4 of us paid $ 60 instead of $54.

Horrible first impression. We booked online the morning of. Their site is basic. We paid through pay pal, 15USD per adult and 5 for one of our kids. We got there 40 minute before the 'tour'. Met by an unfriendly tattooed gal who informed us we didn't read the fine print on their website, which she promptly pulled out of a binder. There she had a printout of the web page with the fine print highlighted (so they have had t deal with this before).
You must book 5 days in advance online. So, our tickets were not valid for that day. Really?
Like really? First, at least be nice about it. Don't use words like 'its your own fault you didn't read all the fine print on the ticket.' or 'you are out of luck today'. Why does their site allow someone to book within a 5 day window anyway? So we went back n forth, basically her stating, hey I just work here.
It might not be your fault but its your problem.

Its not like there was a line up out the door. the parking lot was empty. The fine print is not obvious, esp when using a device like a phone or ipad/slate.

Finally we got her sales manager to make us an exception. We got on the 10am tour. we were with 4 other people on a train that carries well over 75.

Tour begins, cheesy, short, 45minutes, that could have been covered in 10. The 45 included a drawn out 15 min stop where we watched the guide shuck a coconut. painful.

Save your money, this place is not worth it, and the staff do not understand customer service. I was so annoyed I setup this trip advisor account just to write a review.

Spouse and I visited here at behest of adult son, who, I think, wanted to take the tram ride. Entrance to the plantation itself is free, tram must be paid for, but was worthwhile. Tram driver (a young woman) was personable, told jokes and demonstrated how to open a coconut. Plantation grows coconut, pineapple, macadamia nuts, papaya, etc.

Almost everyone else on the tram was part of a 65+ tour group that had lunch included in their tour. We were on our own. The gift shop is extensive, interesting, and a bit pricey. Coffee is roasted on-site.

The "train"ride is really just a tram but it was fun and the young lady who was our guide was entertaining and informative. She demonstrated methods of opening coconuts and knew a lot about the local plants and customs.

We wandered around the grounds and saw quite a lot of beautiful local flora including an amazing green jade vine. I took lots of lovely close-ups of the flowers (many varieties of hibiscus, bird of paradise, plumeria) and it was a very relaxing afternoon!

There is a nice gift shop (actually 2) where you can get ice cream, drinks or snacks. The art from a local artist is awesome and we bought several pictures!!! Very reasonably priced too! We also bought a few other items (Hawaiian coffee, crystal souvenir). Very pleasant staff and reasonable prices.

Really pretty here. Cute little gift shop with lots of little things to bring home as gifts if you are interested in that. I thought it was pretty expensive though. They do offer tours but we didn't go on one - instead we ate pineapple ice cream - yum!
