I know exactly what to order on Mexican menus. I ordered my usual veggie burrito. ANd it was delicious. My kids freely chose what they thought sounded got. It takes a bit longer for this one, cook to make our order. But the kids got just what they thought they would!

We stopped in for a quick bite and got more then we were expecting! The servings are huge, prepared to order and affordability priced. Not only that but it's really good too!
Great for a quick lunch on a budget.

I saw the review of the other location in Iao Valley...we had planned to go to a nicer place for lunch on our way to the Kahului airport but spent too much time at Haleakala so we had to grab something quick near the airport. We jaunted over to Paia quickly and frankly from the outside I was a little worried at first. Fortunately, the exterior belied some surprisingly good food at a great value.

My wife and I each had daily specials and we had a huge burrito each for just under $10...incredible for Maui. Its counter service and sits in a small shopping center parking so no view/ambiance, but the food was delicious. Great for a budget, for kids, or for those on a time crunch.

A relatively new addition to the restaurant scene in the small town of Paia on the North Shore of Maui, family-oriented Fiesta Time has fast become our favorite for a quick hit of authentic Mexican flare - a rare treat on Maui. Now a choice spot for locals and visitors, this taqueria offers really tasty, freshly prepared food, a great value, plus it is all made with love. Located in the Paia General Store Building at 149 Hana Highway, the interior is small with limited seating. Most patrons choose take out, however you are right there by Paia Bay Beach or Baldwin Beach Park or head just down the road a smidge to the Ho'okipa Lookout - so lots of nice spots to choose from for a nice "beach breeze" picnic. And this is on the Hana Highway, so you could load up your cooler for lunch and day trip treats.

You can enjoy homemade salsas, guacamole, refried or black beans, chile relleno, chimichanga, carne asada tacos, chile verde burrito, enchiladas suizas, hot tortas & daily veggie or seafood specials like spicy shrimp diablo with fresh, local seafood. We like our dishes spicy, so simply ask and they add the heat. Open 11 am - 9 pm M-Sat; and Sundays 2 - 8 pm; check out their Wailuku location too.

This very clean and air conditioned spot serves the best Mexican food(Winner-Maui News Readers Poll)on the island w/the best parking in Paia. Made from scratch and to order the sauces and plates taste similiar to Baja taquieras but they offer more complex House Specials like Shrimp Diabla and Steak Ranchero. Enchiladas Suiza(Chix w/cilantro/tomatillo sauce)and Mazatlan(Shrimp)are both world class. Excellent Mahi Ceviche and Mahi Tacos!Combos come with creamy smooth Pinto Beans(No Lard)and authentic Spanish Rice for only $1 more. Dining area is small but adequate. They have another shop on L.Main in Wailuku. Don't waste your time on other so called"authentic"shops-This is the one. Open 11-8; 7 days. Visa/MC.
