Napili Village is a small property with a beautiful beach. We stayed in unit 6A, which was very comfortable and had a great view of the beach and the island Molokai. Staff is very nice and helpful. Must do in Maui is to go to Hana, but leave early in the morning because traffic can get pretty bad.

We stayed 8 nights here and loved it. I booked unit 2 facing the road (3 days before arrival) and had no problem with road noise at night as the faint ocean surf was all I could hear. They were having an impromptu "sale" and gave us the rate of $79 per night rather than the usual $99 (free parking) for the spacious and very clean studio. No ocean views here but a beautiful garden and small pool. The beach is just a short 2 minute walk. If you want value in Maui near the beach, this is it!!! Their number is 800 336-2185, daytime hours only.

...as long as this place is kept under the radar, it's fine by me. This place is a great, low-key retreat. Great location and value. Way cooler than spending a ton of $$$ and at a highpriced corporate cattle-call resort like the Westin or marriott. Will go back.

A lovely facility literaly steps from a beautiful beach. The gardens are gorgeous, the swimming pool sublime and the barbeque well maintained. Along with a well maintained kitchen, Napili village allows those who prefer preparing their own meals while traveling an economical bonanza. Very close to incedible beaches and an awesome venture across north west Maui. A great value for what it offers..

My husband and I (mid 50's) stayed at Napili Village Condos for 2 nights between Christmas and New Years, 2005. We paid the high season rack rate of $119 for room #3. The room was comfortable and clean - we saw no bugs anywhere. The live-on-site managers were helpful, professional and enthusiastic about suggesting excursions and restaurants. The room looked exactly like the picture on their web site. We found it pleasant and a good value.
The only negative was that we were in the building closer to the road, and there was some traffic noise with the windows open.
