we stop here while waiting for our boat to Lani. This is a busy place located at a very busy intersection adjacent to the harbor.

Lots of tourists stop by to rest, to eat and to drink at the bar area, this is the place we fall in love with Mango Margarita

Stopped for breakfast after reading so many great reviews on several different websites. An historic spot with great rustic character and lovely views of the Lahaina harbour. The restaurant has a comfortable local feel to it and our server was Cori was great...really hustling on a busy morning. Unfortunately, everything else, especially the food, was average at best. While are eggs were cooked nicely the rest of the breakfast sides had been deep-fried to expediate service. Twice fried potato cubes hard as beach pebbles and I don't even want to tell you what a previously cooked and then "deep-fried for service" sausage link tastes like. Nasty! Orange juice from concentrate and the host scoffed at a request for green tea saying he remembered buying a box once and that was the last time he ever would. Not a place for foodies ....when you can't get the basics right what are doing?

I was unhappy to hear that you had a less than satisfying experience at breakfast. We will certainly correct all the items that you mentioned right away. We don't strive for fancy, but we do want to serve good food at a fair price. Please try us again once we correct the issues you mentioned.

We had a friend and our Westin concierge refer us to Pioneer Inn for breakfast. We had a fun and friendly waitress Cori. She recommended some popular items. We went with Maui Wowee Omelet (sausage, pineapple, Monterey Jack), macadamia nut pancakes with coconut syrup and the mahi mahi eggs Benedict. All the meals were outstanding and we are excited to recommend this restaurant. We truly enjoyed our meals, waitress, and the beautiful water view! Excellent experience!

Loved the bird named Alex--he kept my 7 year old daughter entertained for the 90 minutes we spent there! The server was a very friendly young woman and we enjoyed her casual manner. We came between breakfast and lunch, so we were able to order breakfast for my 7 year old and lunch for everyone else. The mickey pancakes were a big hit and the clam chowder was great. This place is historic and offers a great view of the harbor with indoor/outdoor seating. We came back the next day for lunch also. Highly recommend!
