“Great Breakfast”
Reviewed April 13, 2011

We had breakfast at the Pioneer Inn and it was great. I had the Mahi Mahi benidect which was really good and my wife had the Mowee Wowee Omelet. The Loco Moco looked amazing as it passed by on its way to another table. The other couple we were with got bloody mary's and said they were really good. Also great location downtown Lahania across from the Banyan Tree and the Harbor.

“Great stop for breakfast”
Reviewed April 11, 2011

We stopped here on our way to the airport before our flight to Kauai. The portions are very large and could've been shared by two people. The value for the price and how good the food was couldn't be beat in this area. Our server was very friendly but she seemed to forget our orders and messed them up a bit, but it was ok, she was so nice it was hard to give her any grief. Again, the location and food for the price can't be beat. It's a cool, old atmosphere with a lot of history and I'd recommend stopping here for breakfast to anybody.

“Best french toast”
Reviewed February 15, 2011

Been to Maui for the last 15 years, and every year we hit the Inn for breakfast on Sundays. Best french toast that I have ever had. Love the hawaiian sweet bread, thick and sweet, and I've never had a bad serving. My wife sticks with the macadamia nut pancakes, also very good. Nothing fancing, just good. Great place for people watching. Sometimes the parrot gets alittle loud, but it kind of fits the overall atmosphere. We will be back next year for sure.

“Great Breakfast!”
Reviewed January 18, 2011

We stumbled on the Pioneer Inn after doing a whale watch tour from the Lahaina Harbor our first day in Maui. We went back two more times. The atmosphere and food were great. My favorite was the Hawaiian sweet bread French toast. Prices are very reasonable.

“They said Breakfast”
Reviewed November 28, 2010

And they were right. MahiMahi eggs benedict - yum. Great location to catch Lahaina waking up. Great service - what do they feed those waitrons that gives them that much energy so early? My coffee cup never ran dry!
