Booked a sailing catamaran trip to Lanai on Trilogy Six probably 45 on board plus crew. Very comfortable and plenty of room to move about and take in the views. Powered out and across to Lanai and saw some spinner dolphins and then a pod of spotted dolphins. The spinners were sort of sleeping and not doing any aerials but still coming up all around the boat. Had breakfast and lunch during the trip to Lanai. Had an easy trip to the beach for snorkeling but the impact zone of the surf was pretty big and made it difficult to get out even with the expert crew giving a helping hand to those who asked. Pretty rough so the water wasn't as clear as one would hope with lots of sand in the mix. After 90 minutes one could join a van tour of some of Lanai, mainly the town of Lanai village with a native resident who was an entertaining guide. Then back to the structure at the dock for a great meal that had been cooked by the crew and it was quite tasty. Return to the ship unfortunately mostly under power until maybe the last 30 - 40 minutes when they finally put up the sails.
