The spicy poke is by far the winner of the Best Poke in Maui. I tried poke multiple times a day at different places for a week and their spicy poke was hands down the best.
Also, AFFORDABLE place to eat.

We loved the variety on the menu at the restaurant and the reasonably priced items both there and in the general store too (we bought rafts for $2.99 and and Kapalua Golf cap for $15).

My husband walked over to the store on several days to eat the "local's special" hot lunch. For $5.99 you got a hot meal, with rice, some sort of meat and a veggie. Great little coffee shop there too for an afternoon latte (closes at 3 pm.) and any other amenities you might need.

This is a great spot to stop for sandwiches to go, or to eat at their picnic tables. They are large enough to share one sandwich for two people. The store sells lots of other items that are great for picnic, especially fresh tropical fruit. We bought some papaya and some macadamia nuts to take with us.
