“Worst meal of our trip”
Reviewed August 13, 2013

The waiter we had was horrible. Never told us the specials. Never asked how are meal was. Never asked us if we wanted dessert. He definitely did not want to be working. The food was cold but could not flag down our waiter. Food was not good. I ate a little of it and called it a day. Really disappointed.

Ate dinner here during our stay. Good service and food. Has the Mahi, nice dinner. The upstairs dining patio has a great view. Would go back.

“Great location”
Reviewed August 10, 2013

Came here for our last night in Maui. Having eaten in our hotel every night we decided to do something different and so we shuttled into Lahaina for dinner. We loved the location/vibe/atmosphere here literally right on the water. The food was nice, reasonably priced compared to the rest of Maui. We had great service here. Overall we loved it! Especially being so close to the water.

“Good food and great service!”
Reviewed August 9, 2013

Came in here for dinner since it was empty on a weeknight. Had a nice table at the water's edge for sunset. Lots of seafood choices but I don't eat seafood and just had a salad with chicken which was very good and light. My husband had fish and loved it. Server was very friendly and attentive. Would eat here again.

“Nice location for dining”
Reviewed August 5, 2013

The breakfast menu for this restaurant is the same as the Gazebo restaurant in Napili. The Gazebo is a favorite place of ours. Unfortunately, the food at Koa's was not as good as the food at the Gazebo. I ordered pancakes which were thin and rubbery (at Gazebo's they are thick and fluffy and yummy). The fried rice was good, just wish the pancakes had been good. The service was excellent and the views are wonderful so I would still recommend the place. The value is good (don't get the pancakes) especially for Lahaina.
