First trip bringing our kids to Maui so had to take them to Moose McGillycuddy's for the atmosphere. We were seated right away and waiter came over to take our drink order. He checked back with us often even though the place was packed and even joked around with my teenage son. The food was your average sports bar fare but was served pretty quickly and looked good. It's a fun place to hang out and watch what is going on down the street below

We hadn't been here for a few years so decided to give it a try. It's right on Front Street, across from Kimo's, upstairs. We got a nice table on the rail overlooking the street. We decided to share an order of Fajitas and each have a dinner salad. The salads were good sized, but not anything special, and certainly not worth the $6.45 (each) that they charged. The beef fajitas were $15.95 . We asked for sour cream on the side which cost us $1.25. Our total including tax, but not tip, was $31.35. The fajitas were a little spicy for me and over all it wasn't that great of a meal. I think next time we'll go to Cool Cat one extra night.

Had breakfast here. Service was spotty. Food was average. Would not substitute potatoes for meat (? potatoes are way cheaper, friends). French toast was served without syrup. Had to get up from table and search for waitress to ask for syrup. Would not recommend for breakfast. Would not return for any meal.

Have walked by here many times and never realized they serve breakfast. Not crowded and the service was good. I had a basic breakfast and was not disappointed. Depending on where you are seated, you may have a view of Front St. I will be back.

We ate lunch here as a family and it was ok. The food was great, I had the pork tacos and they were delicious. The spicy creamy sauce they put on them was just what they needed. The kids and other food seemed to be great also. The down side of this place was the cleanliness of everything. The wall decor, ceiling fans, speakers, and menus are just nasty. The ceiling fans just over your head were white (at some time) but come with black fuzzy greasy looking clumps attached to the blades and its a wonder how they stay attached when the fan it turning at full speed. Speakers are the same. I understand it is an open air bar type atmosphere right on front street and some of this is to be expected but this place almost looks like they go the extra mile to fit into the "dive" category. This place is probably a great place for some drinks or game watching for singles or couples at the bar but for a family lunch with kids at lunch time it left a little to be desired for us.
