Description: Right on the water and in the heart of historic Lahaina, Kimo’s brings you and your o’hana (Hawaiian for family) a casual, completely Maui dining experience. Renowned our “postcard” views of Lanai and Molokai, we offer a menu featuring fresh Hawaiian fish, prime rib, prime steaks and the original Hula Pie, Kimo’s has been a Maui must-do for over 30 years. The upstairs main dining room shows the architectural influence of New England on the former whaling port, with koa-lined walls, missionary-style furnishings and maritime memorabilia. After dinner, Kimo’s lanai becomes a very cool hotspot for tropical cocktails and Hawaiian music. Live entertainment is offered on weekends and select week nights.

“Super consistent on Front St.”
Reviewed November 1, 2013

My wife & I had a great dinner for her birthday. I had the Opakapaka grilled and my wife had the biggest hunk of prime rib known to mankind. We shared, and we still took home meat on the bone. My buddy had Opaka, too, and his wife had chicken...we all were stoked! The shrimp & sashimi pupus & Hula Pie were A+ bonuses. The manager, Jack Starr, was a comedian in another life, couldn't tell if our bellies hurt from gorging ourselves or laughing so hard.

“Kimo style baked fish - try it”
Reviewed October 31, 2013 via mobile

Made reservations and glad we did. We were seated on upper deck, at the rail. The evening was beautiful and the Kimo style baked fish was delicious. We split a Kimo style fish and a wedge salad. They had a special on a bottle of New Zealand wine that was very tempting.
There was no additional charge for the split and the service was fast and friendly.
The view and the meal were worth the $10 parking fee.

“'Kimo's style' works”
Reviewed October 30, 2013

The Mahi-mahi 'Kimo's Style' was the star - the best Mahi mahi she's had, and that takes in a lot of ground. On the other hand, my Ono was just average. Too bad, because our server was excellent, drinks were superior, and the restaurant atmosphere and support staff were excellent - the Ono was the missing piece of a 5 star night! Will go back, there was a lot of promise here!

“Very good Hula Pie!”
Reviewed October 30, 2013

We have eaten here before but on this specific night we were only in the mood for some of their delicious Hula Pie! We got one order to go (only $8 or so) and enjoyed it as we watched the sun set over the harbor of Lahaina. Kimo's has always been a delight with great service, good quality food, and a beautiful view of the ocean. We will continue to come back and refer friends and family to this wonderful spot!

“Great food and service”
Reviewed October 28, 2013

Like the title says this place is a must for dinner/drinks in Lahaina. Happy hour is good with the view and dinner was very good. Lots of good fish and meat selections and everything was hot and fresh.
