“Fun evening and very good food!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 23, 2014 via mobile

I feel like the people that run this luau clearly put their heart into it and are very eager to please - starting with not laying down the pay in advance, no refund policy of other luaus. The staff gets you seated quickly, everyone is friendly, and the performers are energetic and enthusiastic. As promised, we had our own table which was front and center because we reserved very early. The food was delicious and very plentiful, and I only wished I had paced myself a little better because by the time we got to the fourth serving of dishes I was pretty full and could only sample. They serve three dishes and provide entertainment from each of the four regions they cover - not only Hawaii but cultures like Samoa and New Zealand that came to the island. You'll really appreciate how important all the cultures are by the end of the evening.

I thought the highlights, not to take away from anything else, were definitely the food and the service. I really couldn't believe the size of the portions and the quality - as if cooked to order. The wait staff was extremely friendly and they kept asking if we wanted more to drink from the open bar - didn't expect that. Yes, the cocktails weren't that strong, but you could try them all if you want - plus have beer, wine and soft drinks. They even had suggested wine pairings for each of the four courses. Add in beautiful flower leis to take home, an elegant hostess, excellent musicians, a great setting on the beach and you have a wonderful evening.

“Delicious 5 Course Feast and Excellent Luau Show”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 20, 2014

We just got back from Maui and had the good fortune to have been to the Feast At Lele. The dancers were excellent as well as the meal. We were treated to a 5 course meal reflecting the different polynesian islands. By the end of the evening, we were getting very full, but had enjoyed the casual atmosphere, wonderful show and the beautiful setting. The outdoor show takes place adjacent to the beach and ocean and starts at sunset. Each family has their own private table with the servers bringing your courses directly to the table. All drinks included except for a few exclusions. Very personalized service and wonderful friendly hosts and servers. My husband has a food allergy and although at first we were quite worried as to how he would manage to eat so many different foods, the servers diligently kept him aware of the foods and what was in them and which ones to avoid, even going to the trouble of cooking him a separate meal to mirror one of the courses, but leaving out the food that would bother him. Absolutely amazing service and with a smile. I will recommend and remember this Luau fondly for many years to come.

“One-of-a-kind”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 20, 2014

There are so many different luau's to choose from on Maui and this is one of the best I have attended. Smaller, more personal and the food is amazing!!! They are smaller portions but you are glad that they are. By the time you hit course 3 you are running out of room! If you want more of any item you try and love they will bring it to you. Served at the table, premium drinks and amazing show. Tour through 4 different Pacific Ocean cultures with dance and food. Highly recommended and worth the extra cost!

“Best Luau in Maui”

The only luau that actually serves you and is not a buffet. Not too big and was very intimate. My wife and I enjoyed this very much!

“A small, intimate luau”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 11, 2014

We really enjoyed the Feast of Lele because it had such a great atmosphere. It is a much smaller venue so you have a better view of the dancers. The food is served in a five course meal with your own server to explain what each food was and how to eat it and what to expect. The dancers performed between meal courses, making the whole atmosphere very casual and relaxed. The food and the dancers were excellent and at the end of the show they mingled with the guests and thanked everyone for doming. It was a really personal touch, which we loved!
