Don't waste your money if looking to buy. Maintence fees outrageous and for all the years I have owned don't know what they are doing with it. Out dated kitchens. Tvs ancient. NO WI-FI give me a break. Get wifi at Holiday Inn. I have owned since they opened and each time I come I get more disgusted. Maintence keeps going up and up. Pay more here then two luxury timeshares in Honolulu and they are fantastics. Would sell this in a minute. At a big lose don't care. Mattresses are cheapest crap available so if you have bad back stay away. Out side looks pretty but don't judge this book by its cover. Rooms smell musty also. I could go on and on and whats best they don't care enough about you that they would have management on premises. What's that tell you!

Room Tip: Don't waste your money if looking to buy. Maintence fees outrageous and for all the years I have...

Upon checking in Miguel was very helpful as we were checking in a day early, our unit was very nice, looking out to the pool. Service was great, clean towels every day.The staff was always cleaning the pool to cleaning the BBQ grill everyday. Location was great easy walk across the road to the beach, they supply beach towels and you can rent beach chairs. Betty, activites director was extremely helpful. I recommend Aqua Adventures for snorkel trip to Molokaii and Valley Isle for Road to Hana. Betty went out of her way for us,

My wife and I stayed there for a week in April. Like many others, we were somewhat concerned with the negative reviews. However, we found none of it to be even remotely close to our experience. We stayed in a hotel unit with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The room was clean and well kept. Unlike any other trip we have had in the islands, we did not have a single bug, spider, etc. in the room.

The staff was exceptional throughout our stay, from the front desk to the towel girls. The concierge desk was incredible with their attention to detail in making our excursion arrangements. Betty at the concierge desk made all of our arrangements and provided us with maps to get their, parking hints, and backgrounds of each of our excursion companies.

We did not make use of the pool and grounds because we went out to beaches and other places. We did make use of the BBQ's to cook dinner on a couple of nights. The BBQ's were clean and well maintained like the rest of the resort.

We had a great time and would not hesitate for a second to stay here again.

We stayed at Kahana Falls for a week. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great for couples. Not a lot to do for kids besides the pool, but we had a great time.

I read through some of the negative reviews on here and still can not believe they stayed at the same location, We stayed in a single which had a lock off bedroom just inside the first entrance which had a jet tub full en-suite as well as a mini fridge and microwave in the room which as an timeshare owner if I was not bringing my family I might have chosen to rent out during my stay. for us this worked perfect as our 8 year old kids could go to be in there while we were still awake and using the kitchen and living room. Full nice sized kitchen with a breakfast bar in the rest of the unit with a pull out couch bed instead of an uncomfortable hide-a-bed. Over the next year these are being replaced by Queen sized Murphy beds that will fold down from behind the couch only a couple of the units have these new beds but we did get a chance to see them and we were very impressed. The staff is extremely helpful and were the definition of service. the ground crew is always going around doing maintainace and keeping the grounds spotless. the greenery and flowers around everywhere help you relax and add to enjoying the poolside waterfalls.only downfall - no restaurant on site however on Tuesdays there is a fantastic BBQ truck in the front that usually sells out in 30 minutes so you need to line up at 5:00pm. I can not say enough about how happy we were with the service of the staff here!!!

Room Tip: Previous TripAdvisor entries had me feeling pensive about enjoying our stay I am glad the bad review...

My wife and had such a good time at kahana falls for the week that we were in Maui! We were in town for a wedding and decided not to stay at the ritz with the rest of the wedding party because of the cost ($1700/person). We only paid $700 after tax for the whole week and the facilities were so laid back and nice that most of the wedding party hung out at our place. Shuffleboard, nice sand bottom hot tubs, and free gas grills made us a definite return customer.

The condo was beautiful - great layout (for a studio it was interesting how the couch became the bed), comfortable beds, huge kitchens made it easy to save money by cooking at home and we were on the top floor and had a great view of the ocean and the neighboring island. Very clean, very quite (wasn't even sure if we had neighbors!), the hot tubs (one with a sand bottom) were very nice, and one was open 24 hrs! The staff was friendly and always willing to help.

The condo was right across the street from the beach - but all of the nice beaches were a little drive either up or down the main road. And if you wanted to check out Kihei or Haleakala or even Hana - at LEAST an hour and a half to get into town. This condo is located at the very end of Lahaina, and at the tip of the island. As far away from everything you can get! Lahaina is the touristy part of town, not real Maui.

However, we are a young couple, and while we were in the hot tub we were harrased by someone who claimed they were the owners (everyone in a time share is an owner!) and thought we were locals who had jumped the fence. To say the least, it was very rude and a dent in our night.

Room Tip: Make sure to get a kitchen - it will save you money in the long run!
