Came here three times on a recent visit, all for coffee. Consistently good quality, croissants flaky and oven-warmed. Not a large space, and parking in Maui can be challenging, but these are minor quibbles. You can rent a Vespa right there if the urge strikes. My only real quibble: counter staff very nice, the fellow who seemed to own the place appeared to ignore most people. Ah well, still 5 dots.

A half block from the Plantation Inn; a half block from Front Street. The cafe has a "real" cafe feel--with unique gifts, great coffee, and friendly service from the woman behind the counter. Great outdoor seating in sunshine, if you wish. Seek them out--it's worth it. Also, as mentioned--they rent some really nice looking Vespas and sell fun Vespa merchandise.

If you want to wait for twenty minutes for a breakfast bagel with one thin piece of ham on it go ahead. And then get attitude from some cocky barista who can't make food for three people at a time go ahead. Too many good spots in this town to waste my time again.

We found this little gem whilst staying in Kaanapali and were very impressed. There is a fairly limited menu of mainly bagels, breakfasts, salads & ice cream but it is all freshly prepared, really well presented and very tasty. The added bonus is that given this is a very popular tourist area the owner was really friendly & chatty and it was not ridiculously priced (unlike some of his competitors). I would highly recommend this over some of the Front Street eateries.

My wife and I discovered this place while on our 'Local Tastes of Maui' Tour. During our tour we sampled the homemade Banana bread, simply delicious! The manager told us a bit about the cafe. It was very small and very nice. Definitely a great little place for a cup of coffee and a pastry.

Located away from busy Front Street, this cafe is very unique. Besides coffee and pasties, they also sell gelato, teas and neat little gifts as well. What we loved about this place the most was the Vespa we rented from them. YES, they rent scooters and and Vespas. I had always heard about them, very popular in europe. We rented one for a few hours and took a scenic ride along the north-shore, truly incredible!
