This place was recommended by a friend. They have great lunch items and the best pies ever! We wanted to order 1 of every single pie. Their chocolate pie was almost like what my grandmother used to make. Will definitely go back when back in Maui!

We found this little gem after reading about the pie and we just happened to stop at the fruit stand right next door. Well the pie is just so so. We had a little mini coconut cream pie the first day. It was ok but nothing special. Little too much whip cream for my taste. While there, we noticed they served lunch and the placed smelled yummy! So we made plans to go back again. On our 2nd visit, I had the Leoda's burger with cheddar and my Honey had the blue cheese burger. Both were excellent. Juicy, cooked just right and you could taste the freshness. The potato rolls are fresh and tasty too. We also shared a big bowl of fries and it was plenty. On this day we ordered a piece of berry pie and it was much better than the coconut. Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries in a flaky crust. YUM. Prices are pretty fair for Maui. I believe we paid about $40 for lunch with the slice of pie.

We just happened to stumble across this place while we were stopped at the open air fruit stand adjacent to the shop. We saw that they served pie and went in for a slice. Well, you can't buy it by the slice, so we bought a mini coconut cream pie to take back to the hotel with us for later that night. The pie was so-so, but while we were there looking around, we thought we'd return for lunch. So we did and found it to be excellent. We both had burgers and shared an order of fries (it was more than ample) and found the meal to be excellent. The burgers were extremely tasty (I'm a huge Five Guys fan and these burgers tasted better) and were served on fresh potato buns. We also got a fruit pie and it was much better than the initial cream pie we purchased a few days earlier. We later learned that the guy that runs this place is a former Top Chef candidate, not that it matters. In any event, a very unpretentious, homey place with excellent food that's reasonably priced. We highly recommend Leoda's and would eat there again.

the club on rye and pork pork mmm pork are so good. The pie was just ok. ordered an apple hand pie and it was not gooey enough for me, just apples in pie crust, but still edible...just not worth calories to me. I'd rather eat the fries with garlic aioli instead of a pie there. Sandwiches were AWESOME!

We rolled in late one night just as they were closing up. Any normal restaurant would have told us they were closed but the folk working here urged us to come in and made us feel welcome even as they were cleaning up. Really, they could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Then, they gave us these hand-held pies (chocolate, berry, coconut) that were just extraordinary and which provoked a spirited debate over which one was the best. Honestly, this is some of the best pie we've ever had. It is absolutely worth making the drive out to find this place.
