“These guys want to catch fish!!!”

Went out with Mason and Jimmy on No Problem end of march, Was a great time, These guys will do what ever they can to get fish. Went with the mother in law and 4 other randoms. Everyone pulled in 4 or more fish each. So worth leaving the dock at 230am!
I will go out with this crew again when I'm back in Maui!

“Mahi Mahi”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 29, 2013

We went out on the Kai Akua on Memorial Day and had a blast. The boat is in great condition and very clean. Working bathroom, place to lay down and eat. We had a shared boat so 6 people total but we didnt all know each other. We started out early in the morning in the dark. As soon as we arrived at the first spot we started catching fish immediately. It took about 5 minutes for us to get our first Mahi in the boat. We caught like 7 or 8 in the first hour. After this we trolled for the big ones and brought in some more Mahi and one was of pretty nice size. We also hooked what they said looked to be about a 400lb Marlin. I got to fight it for a couple minutes and was able to see it jumping which really got the heart racing! It ended up getting off the line but was still awesome to see. The crew were great people who knew what they were talking about and were professional the whole time. I would tell you that even if you dont usually get seasick still take the Dramamine. I would even tell you to start taking it at least 2 hours before you go on the trip. 4 out of the 6 on our boat got sick and some for the whole trip. Don't ruin your whole trip because your thinking you wont get seasick!

“Great Trip, Great Crew”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 24, 2013

We went out fishing on the 41 foot boat with Captain Greg and had the best experience we could imagine. There were 4 of us on fishing and we caught 3 ono, 2 mahi mahi and about 10 yellow fin tuna. The captain and crew worked extremely hard to make this a memorable trip. I would definately recommend this crew to anyone that wants to have a great experience.

“Captain Gene Perkins knows just what to do!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 21, 2013

We were just fishing in Lahaina,Maui on May 10th and had an amazing trip with Captain Gene Perkins and deck hand Ryan Thomas! Two amazing and very knowledgeable guys. It didn't take long to see that. We started out at 10:30 P.M on May 9th to go and catch our fresh bait and once we had that we headed out to fish. Just before sunrise we arrived at the buoy, as soon as our rods went out the fun began! We were catching non stop, it was truly amazing!! Who had time to relax..no time for that! They were great at coaching you through the catch as well, so if you are apprehensive at all about it don't be but be prepared for some tough fishing!! We caught 4 Mahi Mahi and 14 yellow fin tuna and one shark..(of course we let that go! )These two guys are incredible is all we can say and we had so much fun with them. They are super friendly. They work super together as a team and really appreciate one another and that is so good to see as well. We fished on the boat Kai Akua. That is a story in itself, the boat is so comfortable and if you need a rest (You probably won't have much time for that) there is a really comfortable bed for you to lay on. Nice clean boat! One incredible Captain and mate!! Who could ask for more. Book with these guys you wont be sorry!! HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY!! Wendy and Ed from Cranbrook, B.C ,Canada
