“Great experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 2, 2013

This was a fantastic experience. The crew on the shuttle boat and the sub were very informative.
Inside the sub is very light and cool air is blown out above every window (a bonus as I'm not very good in small spaces) but at no time did I feel enclosed. Everyone gets a brilliant view but as its real life, it's pot luck on what you will see. If I'm lucky enough to vist somewhere else where this company operate I will definitely do it again.

“Good value and interesting”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 2, 2013

Not a glass bottom boat that looks like a sub but a real sub. First time for me. Can't beat the value. $100 for almost two hour experience between the shuttle and dive. Great crew that are very funny and friendly. As a scuba diver it was nive to go down over 100' and not have to decompress. Highly recommend.

“Safe and fun way to see the sea life.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 28, 2013

My Fiance is scared to swim in deep waters so this was a way to experience it all. Wonderful to see it appear out of nowhere form the ocean and get on. You go down 110 feet and pass two reefs and a shipwreck, Lots of fish and good staff. A fun time.

“"Dive dive"”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 23, 2013

we went on this dive in Aug 2013 aboard the Holokai shuttle boat out to the sub some 35 min away our captain was very knowledgeable of the surrounding islands and life underwater talked about the 19th century whaling ship "The Brig Carthaginian" how it cost a $1 to buy and $120 thousand to bring it out and sink, now a developing reef resting in 100 feet of water a home for the fish and any corals left to grow on it.
Never been in a sub before thought well this is a goer, and was glad we did, got down to 130 feet then at that time were told to grab the next person next to you and kiss, co's this will be the deepest kiss you'll ever do in your life, well the couples did, I just kept looking out the port hole for any mermaids or big sharks to float on by nothing did, but lots of schools of trevally a couple of octopuses, sea eels and heaps of colourful marine fish.
Just to be out on the water we thoroughly enjoyed it, recommend this experisnce

“Not very impressed”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 22, 2013

This attraction is kind of interesting and a way to spend some time and money. We took the shuttle to the sub with great expectation, climb aboard and down the hatch you go. We found it very confining and very little wiggle room. They show you a sunken boat and tell you about the local sea life. We saw very few interesting fish. Not impressed with the entire attraction. Very expensive for what you get for your hard earned dollar.
