Gorgeous, clean, safe, easy parking, good bathrooms, grassy area for sunbathing, shade, picnic shelter. Good snorkeling from shore, some sandy areas to enter, but beware of coral rocks and strong surf which can appear as deceivingly calm water. Saw fish and turtles immediately.

Not many places you can snorkel in the afternoon but these clear waters and easy access make this place absolutely incredible

The is a very large beach. From the parking lot if you walk to the left you get nothing but soft sand. The further south you go the gentler the slope. Fun place to play but not great for boogie boarding unless you're a 12 year old girls like our daughter.

In front of the parking lot to the north in front of Westin time share complex is the best snorkeling we've seen yet. Not sure if it's the time of year or not but usually good places like Wailea Beach, Napili and Kapalua all had cloudy water. This area had acres of coral and extremely, not quite crystal, clear water.

Facilities include covered picnic area, shower and restrooms. There are more parking spots than most of the popular beaches and it wasn't full at 8:00 AM or 2:00 PM (we stopped here twice).

Get your fins and face mask and hit the water. A fantastic place to get your skin dive on! A lot of folks come through here as a lot of the private scuba classes take place here but most folks sit in the shade of the shoreline trees.
