We had breakfast at LuLu's twice on a recent trip to Maui. The first time we were seated outdoors on a pleasant sunny morning. Just a view of the busy parking lot, but still great to enjoy the sunshine. Breakfast was usual fare, nice sized portions and reasonably priced. Our second visit was later in the morning (10:30) and the outside area was closed due to weather. Though there were smaller tables available, we were seated at a huge booth, kind of awkward for 2 people. Food was OK this time, but hashbrowns were soggy with grease and cold. Maybe because we were later in the morning. Would probably go back because my husband enjoys it there, but I think there are better places in the area to enjoy breakfast.

This is our fourth time in Maui and Lulu's is by far our favorite place to eat and to hang out - especially when there is live music. It's a great mix of locals and visitors, making for a fun and eclectic atmosphere. The menu is creative and diverse - even with my picky family, there is something for everyone. From new twists on old favorites like the calamari with capers and a tangy sauce to entrees fit for foodies such as the best poke I've had in the islands. The breakfast menu is amazing, as well. And even if you are not a dessert person, the malasadas are a must have. The service is always friendly and fast - even when it's packed. This is a unique place. So glad we found it!!!!!

Excellent food great prices (especially for Hawaii) Staff was very pleasant, stopped in after getting off the plane and I felt the tension melt away sitting at the table next to the open window, outside seating too. Going back for breakfast!

Awesome food and not bad on the pocket book. We tried breakfast and lunch and were beyond impressed with both. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Nice atmosphere with an open concept and big bar (multiple drafts and bloody mary bar too!) in the middle with multiple flat screens for watching sports. Cinnamon roll and kim chee fried rice was very good. Staff was very friendly and seemed happy to be there. Timmie was our server and he did a great job at explaining the menu and gave us a few of his personal favorites. Big breakfast was not that big but the hubbies omelette plate was a very big portion. Would definitely eat here again.
