We've eaten at Pulehu a few times in the past with mixed reviews. The restaurant has a new chef and the food was outstanding. I had the seafood special of the day and it was one of the best I had on the island. My husband opted for a chicken dish and said it was incredible.
Our server was Drew and he did an outstanding job keeping our drinks filled and filling us in on what was on the menu for appetizers, main dishes and deserts. Addressing us formally by Mr & Mrs was also a nice touch. The calamari was wonderful and we had a desert trio of the tiramasu, their version of the Hula pie and a custard desert - it was delish and the presentation was wonderful.
We ate here our last night at the resort and if we'd know that they had a dinner special - we'd have been here more. Looking forward to our trip back in 2014.
