“Incredible raft trip!!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 20, 2012

We got a Maui Mugging surrounded by humpbacks just as if we were being filmed for a show on the Discovery channel. Serena and the Captain whose name I forgot, were awesome too!

“We had whales within 10 minutes”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 11, 2012

I know no one can control if you will actually see a whale on a whale watching cruise- but within 10 minutes of leaving the dock we had whales - a mother and calf and a young male- they put on quite a show. The staff was very friendly and made sure we had plastic bags to put our items in so not to get wet. We wished we could have been out there longer. Great whale watching at the beginning of December!

“Whales?”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 8, 2012

40$ to just see one whale miles far away. And the crew comment was that it was exciting. Unbelievable! Don't do it! They say December is already a good period to watch them, but it is not. Just glad we helped a foundation.

“Three Juvenile Humpbacks, 25-30 Bottlenose Dolphins, great afternoon of sightings before the official season”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 12, 2012

I went out on the Whale Search tour with Whale Center of the Pacific. It was a fabulous way to spend two hours. One of their other boats had seen a couple of spouts and before long we were watching 3 juvenile male whales just having fun with each other, slapping the water with their fins, while a large group of bottlenose dolphins were in the thick of the fun. Every once in a while the dolphins would come by the ship, swimming with a calf, cutting through the waves very close to us.

It was really unusual to see that many humpbacks long before the start of the season and some people I talked to were skeptical that I would see anything. They were wrong!

The view on the way back to port was magnificent with a rainbow breaking through the green mountains of Maui as we enjoyed the motion of the waves on the bow.

The crew was very professional, friendly and well informed. The boat was well provisioned with safety gear and was well maintained.

All in all, a great time, and I'm going on at least one of their other tours.

If you become a member of the organization, you great a free gift of a tour and then a discount on further tours, so if whales and dolphins and being on the water is what you like to do, this is a great way to do it.
