We stayed at the pool side studio for 6 nights and it was a very enjoyable stay. The unit was newly renovated – the bathroom was clean and the shower was roomy and nicely tiled (also came with Bath and Body Works shampoo, conditioner and shower gel). The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and dinnerware. There was 1 barbeque grill pre building and it was very handy to stay in for dinner. They only provided salt and pepper, so make sure you get your own seasoning and condiments. The air-conditioning in the room was great (according to my over-heated hubby). The Murphy bed was okay - a little small (double bed) and the pillow would fall into the gap at the head of the bed occasionally – but not uncomfortable. The service was great – the in-room safe lost its power one night and they had it fixed within an hour. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The biggest advantage was being so close to the beaches. Napili bay was right there and Kapalua bay was only 2-minute drive away. The pool side building was only 2-min walk away from Napili Bay with easy access. There wasn’t much parking available at Napili bay, so it was awesome to be able to walk down to the beach. There were a lot of fishes in both Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. I swam right next to a turtle 2 days in a row at Kapalua Bay.
There are a few grocery stores nearby, the closest one is Napili Market but our favourite is Times Supermarkets (which opens from 5AM – 2AM). There are couple more stores (Safeway, Foodland Farms) closer to Lahaina.

Lovely apartment. Small but spotless and close to a wonderful beach. Great bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Highly recommended and excellent value for money. Would definitely return. Napili is a really nice area. Far enough away from the crowds but still lots to see

Lovely beachfront property on Napili Bay, warm & welcoming staff. My room was spacious, comfortable, immaculate w awesome shower & a sparkling kitchen. Plenty of gear to borrow for enjoying the water. Sea House restaurant is convenient for meals.

Our neighbors have been coming here for over a decade and during our visit last year, we spent more time at their place then ours! We decided to stay here this year and am SO glad we did.

We stayed in a second floor studio with an ocean view. I'm telling you that there's absolutely NO way you can get an ocean view in this nice of a room for the price ANYWHERE on Maui. All of the rooms have been recently renovated and our studio had a very nice and useful kitchen with a full size dishwasher, range and fridge/freezer. The bathroom is perfect with a huge walk in shower. Lots of storage, VERY clean and daily maid service. You simply can't do any better! The studios all have A/C which is a very nice feature to have. While we didn't stay in the 1 bedrooms I can tell you (As our neighbors get a one bedroom every visit) that there is NO A/C and it can get a bit warm though the 1 bedrooms are ON the ocean. Our studio was probably 150 steps to beach.

If I have one complaint, it's the bed. They advertise it as a queen but I'm fairly certain it's a full size which isn't a big deal but it's SUCH an awful mattress. If they could even do like a memory foam mattress topper it'd be fine but we both found it to be pretty uncomfortable.

Aside from the bed, you won't find better service, units or location ANYWHERE! I can't recommend this place enough! Also, if you're an avid/frequent traveler, you should know better than to use a third party booking site! If you mess up on booking or run into issues it is a fact that they CANNOT work with you! Do yourself a favor and call the actual office and deal with them personally. They'll offer way better deals and will be far more flexible if something goes awry.

Room tip: Get a 'Peek Of The Ocean' studio or a 1 bedroom

Many Reviews of this resort name 2 separate buildings facing the ocean, which is true but they also have another building that is close to the pool/reception and just across a quiet road from the 2 other buildings and literally a few minutes walk from the beach. We stayed in this building. It was well appointed, literally steps from the pool, good kitchen with all the necessary kitchen gadgets, great appointed bathroom, ac and ceiling fans. The own real downer was the bed which was one of those weird things that pull down from the wall, it was always set up and at best a double bed in size. I would suggest they get rid of these and just put in larger proper beds, but they were ok for comfort. The rooms are cleaned every day and they are done to a high standard. There is a laundry below the building costing a $1.50 per wash and $1 per load to dry, in the laundry there are also books and some beach gear you can borrow. Next door is a great spa who do an amazing massage, and places to hire beach gear, up the road you can catch the bus ($4 daily ticket) to whalers village and transfer to the bus to Lahaina. About 15 walk or 3 min by car is Napili village with good shops for groceries. The resort near the bus stop also has an atm if you need cash. So I would say this little gem is surrounded by great options for a beach retreat, is very quiet but in need of a very minor upgrade in the beds. I would highly recommend a stay here and would come back.
