We visit Maui about 3 times a year and have been wanting to get up to the Surfing Goat Dairy. Finally made it there this trip and had a great time. We just did the little tour around the farm and got to meet the goats and sample the cheese. We love goat cheese and their cheeses are so ono (delicious)!! We even bought a couple of jars which we kept in the frig until we went back to California. We bought the small freezer ice packs and the cheeses stayed perfectly cold. All the employees were very nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this outing.

We visit the Surfing Goat Dairy each time we travel to Maui. We actually watched the baby goats climb up and slide down the surf board. Adorable. The cheeses and truffles are worth the trip. Lovely stop near some of the other tourist attractions.

I first went to surfing goat shortly after they began selling their cheese. There was only a tiny sign and it was difficult to be sure you had found the right spot. The owner himself greeted us at the car and we sampled every single cheese they made, then got to hold and feed the baby goats. Totally amazing. Fast forward: now a commercial enterprise with 3 cheeses to taste and a charge for tours. Very sad, but I would say still worth it! Gotta make a living but still miss the good ol days

If you love animals you will enjoy the goats. If you love goat cheese you will love it. Try the truffles, they are a wonderful treat.

We have been going to the Surfing Goat Dairy since it first opened , and continue to make it a must-stop on every trip we make to Maui. Our children love to go on the tour, catch up with their favorite goats, and feed the new babies. My husband and I enjoy our first piece of cheesecake under the kite-surfing sails while they're out and about, and then we all share a cheese flight and more cheesecake when they return. The goat cheeses are top notch (they've won several awards to prove it), and the new goat cheese truffles (just added recently) are amazing! Don't even bother to get the box with the truffles - I am living proof that a person can eat 6 in a row with no regrets, and I'll bet you can't eat just one either. While the dairy has changed a lot over the years (the owner was once our tour guide!), the quality of the cheese and the experience has not. Although we love the Surfing Goat Dairy products, it's the people there that make us feel at home.
