“Nice place to walk around with delicious pizza”

The lavender farm was a nice little place to visit although not much lavender is happening in November. It would be much better to go while the lavender is in bloom. Still a nice place to walk around and have lunch – when we were there, a guy was baking pizza outside on a wood burning stove and it was soooo good! He makes it in five minutes and it was so fresh and delicious. Another thing is that I bought lavender soap there, but realized after that it was not made at the farm but in the Pacific Northwest so I am not sure what they do with the actually lavender.

It's a pretty drive up to the farm - the views are amazing - but there's not much signage along the way so be sure to use your GPS.
After a lovely walk through the farm we checked out the gift shop, which has all sorts of things for lavender fans. Plenty of samples. You can try lavender hand cream and taste lots of things, like lavender fudge and lavender honey.
We had a 16 oz bottle of Lavender Lemonade, which was $5.00. They didn't offer a cup of ice, which would have been a better way to serve it, but it was still very tasty. We also had a lavender scone. After you order something to eat and/or drink, you can enjoy it on their outdoor deck, which overlooks the valley below. There are toaster ovens to heat your scone, and Hawaiian honey and Lilikoi (Passion Fruit) Jam and butter too.
Delicious way to enjoy lavender!!!!!

This was a very serene place. We loved the farms, the walk way and the views of the valley and ocean. I would recommend walking by yourself rather than paying 12$ to the tour guide who walks with you, unless you are totally into informative sessions, then you should take the tour guide. There is no water or proper restroom facilities at this place, so do consider when visiting this.

The farm is located in upcountry Maui near Haleakala National Park. The whole feeling of this part of the island is different. Very laid back. The plants are beautiful and planted on a sloping hillside. They have a little shop and a cafe there. Really cute place for a quick stop.

It is what it is...pay a small fee $3 per person and walk around a garden with a large amount of Lavender plants. It was a beautiful morning and it has a very good view and you have to stop somewhere on the way down from the Sun Rise on the mountain. I would go again for the tea and scones...they were good.

Thank Borden
