We visited the distillery out of curiosity and left transformed into Hawaii Sea Spirits lovers! The reception staff was captivating and full of knowledge of their products. We were offered the opportunity to tour and sample and we took advantage. Barrett was our host and guide and was extremely engaging and knowledgeable. The tour ended with the tastings of the vodka, gin and rums ... AMAZING!!! The location and scenery were breathtaking as well. You MUST visit this place!

I stopped here with friends to take the tour of this family owned distillery. After browsing through the gift shop we were summoned by our tour guide who took us on a walking tour that started with how they grew and harvested the sugar cane and ended with tasting of their vodka and rum products. Barrett, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and informative during the tour and we all left knowing a little more about how a distillery works. Highly recommended if you visit the island.

Look, not going to lie to you, driving in Maui is painful, especially if you are leaving the west side to travel to anywhere. However, if you are a distillery fan, you must come to this place. The location is set above the valley, so after your tour (required by state law if you want to do the tasting - recommended), take a look at the valley; you will be able to capture both the south and north side at the same time in one viewing.

The tour operator, Brandon, was amazing. He walked us through the complete process and made it fun and included everyone in the storytelling. While we were on tour, the bottling line was getting up and ready, so that was really fun to see. The tour and tasting is approximately 30 minutes. If you want to combine your stay over at the facility I recommend the Surfing Goat Farm next door, that way you can combine some activities together; you drove all the way out here. Or... you can carry on to the Maui winery or to the top of the mountain.

I am a bourbon drinker, so the Brum was amazing, above my price range at $150 a bottle, but still worth the extra amount to try that ($10). I purchased two bottles, the Fy (Gin) and the Toasted Coconut Rum.

We will be back again! Great job.

Well, with a 23, 21, and 18+-year-olds on vacation with us, of course this had to be a stop. We walked into the gift shop and were persuaded by our children to do the “tour” that was getting ready to start there on site at the distillery. It was actually very interesting and so well run. We had a good time learning about how vodka, rum, and gin is made and then finished up my “sampling” all of them with our kids. We managed to buy some vodka on our way out.

we were originally visiting the goat farm up the hill and that was blah. they came out of the shop and greeted us nicely and offered their tour for under $20 per adult and gave out sugar cane pieces to my three kids non stop. the kids had an open field and soccer ball to play with while we heard the tour. we got little parting gifts; tour exclusive tall shot glasses. the bottles are very reasonably priced and wrapped to ship on a plane check -in bag.

oh and a nice little touch was the hanging fresh picked bananas (still green) for us to pick at will. they ripened in 3 days and were delish!!
