“You won't be disappointed at Kihei Caffe”
Reviewed February 12, 2014

Went here for breakfast twice and probably would have gone here everyday if we had found out about it sooner! Cash only. Super friendly service. Usually a line but it moves fast and never had a problem finding seating. Delicious smoothie, loco moco, and port sausage with eggs. Totally missing this place.

“Great Maui Breakfast Spot”
Reviewed February 10, 2014

I ate breakfast here on a Saturday and there was a line out the door so chances are you'll be waiting but its worth it for the value. You may also be waiting for a table. There isnt much seating but the waitresses there help you find a seat. They also try to move along people who are done. We have 3 young kids with us so we tend to move slow so they tried to speed us up mostly politely. The portions are large which is nice. I got the loco moco with fried rice, it was good despite my hamburger being overcooked. I also tried the macadamia nut banana pancakes and those were delicious especially with the coconut syrup. The kids pancakes were fun too, they had animal shaped pancakes. Once of the best things i got there was the iced coffee. They add coffee ice cubes! What a simple but smart way to serve it. Go there hungry!

“Big eats!!!!”
Reviewed February 6, 2014 via mobile

I jog past the place every morning i finally had to stop.. Cash only place a little pricey even for the island.....pancakes are the size of monster truck tires and the french toast is for paul bunyan...i see people scarfing it all down licking their plates like german shepards...the lines are long but move fast and the atmosphere is good..the mainland mooses have feedbags attached and come up for air on 10 minute increments..ommelettes, pancakes, and french toast are amazing..who's the knucklehead who wrote the bad review goes to a pancake joint on maui and orders the huevos rancheros?? Muy grande idioto hello-o!!!! Go there its awesome, pig out, and flop onto to your beach chair but beware you may find a harpoon in your side!!!

“Best breakfast in Maui!”
Reviewed February 6, 2014

Atmosphere is weird, but the food is so good, it's like a cult. You stand in line to order and THEN they find you a table (think soup Nazi) and bring your food. Very friendly, outdoor seating, always busy, but you will get a table and the food is great and plentiful. This was my 4th trip to Maui, first time at Kihei Cafe and I'm kicking myself now for not going before.

“Definitely the best on Maui!”
Reviewed February 2, 2014 via mobile

We had the good fortune of sitting next to the owner on our flight to Maui. We stayed in nearby Wailea and enjoyed breakfast here twice. My husband had the pork fried rice with eggs both times - it was yummy. I tried the banana macadamia nut pancakes and the the regular 2 egg breakfast on the second trip. Food was fresh and delicious! Service was also very good. It is a busy spot you should try to get there early. But even if you don't the line moves quickly and we never had a problem finding a seat. Helpings are large. Especially the French toast. We could have shared the 4 large pieces!
