We are a family of 4 who stayed in this condo resort for 5 nights. We booked the room with the condo owner on VRBO. It was in Building H and on the 2nd floor. The balcony view was so peaceful - looking out over Haleakala and the gardens. It was a corner condo. The beach was across the road and was fantastic - nice soft sand, extremely clean. The condo had 2 bathrooms and a bedroom. The living area had a queen size pull out couch. The unit was upgraded and had granite counters in the kitchen and all the comforts of home. We never had a problem with noise. The property was well maintained and very quiet. The parking garage was also convenient to the unit. Would definitely stay here again.l

Room Tip: Check out VRBO and talk to the owner of the condo. The location can't be beat.

The resort is well located for gift shopping, grocery shopping and restaurants. The beach across the street is only a short stroll away. There are two pool which are fairly small. There is a nice covered area with tables by the pool where you can have an outdoor dinner while using the BBQs. The pools are gated so you need to remember that key code to get in which is a nuisance.
The staff were very nice.
We had a one bedroom condo unit. It was well supplied.
the biggest negative about the room is that you could hear everything in the kitchen and living area of the connected unit. The first time the people next door put their key card in the door we really thought they were entering our unit that is how clear the sound was.

This was not a resort, it is mostly permanent resident condos. The room was 2bd 2 ba full kitchen two full bed rooms with attached bath washing machine and dryer, dish washer in room wifi. Three lanei's three separate room air conditioners, one leaked water all over the lanei, kitchen had ants, guest bathroom tub did not drain very good. Water will get to your ankles before you finish a shower. No beach chairs available, we rented from snorkel bobs just down the street. The pool was nice but, the rules list was the longest I have ever seen. It included no playing of Marco Polo, not that I wanted to but really? We were told by security that we could not use our bluetooth speaker. It was so low that we could barley here it so I am not sure who would be bothered by it. not sure if we will stay again.

Great place to stay in Maui close to the beach and amenities, but far enough away from the crowds in the centre of Kihihie. Our suite was roomy and well provided with all the equipment required for a great vacation. While there our kithen utilities were totally replaced with new stainless steel ones without any inconvenience to us. We would reccommend this resort families as well as ouples for a great vacation.

We did not have great expectations for this studio. We were able to rent the studio at a very good price. $69 a night. From the time we reserved this studio until about a month from our arrival the property changed ownership. The communication wasn't the greatest, which caused some pre-vacation worries. After several calls and emails we finally were reassured that our reservations were intact.
Once we found the resort and our room we had difficulty opening the door. A cleaning lady in the next room showed us the trick of entering the code and a series of knob twist that opened the door.
If the cleaning lady had not been present we would not have figured it out.
Once inside the room we were pleased. The room was clean and had a modern decor. It was very small. There is no stove or kitchen sink. All cleaning of kitchen ware must be done in the restroom sink. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool.
When we arrived there was no wifi. After a series of calls to the property management the problem was fixed, but not until our 3rd day.
The code given to the pool was incorrect, folks at the pool gave us the correct code.
There is not a cleaning in a stay of 7 days or less. We stayed 7 days. That includes no towel changes, or toilet-paper refills.
Overall we feel the room is a deal based on what we paid. We would consider staying there again.
