We found Sushi Paradise on TripAdvisor and (wisely) made a same night reservation for 6, which is when the restaurant opens. At 5:50, a small crowd had already gathered. This restaurant has probably 6 sushi bar seats and tables for 18-20. Those without reservations on this Tuesday evening were turned away. The owner is the chef and his wife the sole server so service and space is limited Although not wildly creative, the sushi was fresh and meticulously prepared, and the portions generous. In particular, the salmon sushi and spicy tuna roll stood out, as well as the seafood salad. Great sake and beer selection. No fuss or fawning - a place for hard core sushi lovers! Go!
