As a celiac, I did some research on where to eat before going to Maui. Maui Brick Oven came up with great reviews, so I decided to try it on our first night there. We had fish and chips, onion rings and a pizza. Service was very friendly and casual. Go early as there seemed to be a line-up waiting for tables not long after we arrived. The onion rings weren't that great, but everything else was so good that we ended up going back for take-out of fries and pizza twice more. The best thing about the pizza was that the crust held up to being eaten cold. We got the jacked up Hawaiian pizza and had enough left-overs that we took it to the beach with us on a couple of days and then on the plane home as part of our snacks. The french fries and pizza were the best part. Definitely a must-stop for anyone avoiding gluten and for others looking for a great restaurant!
